Jared McCann in Dallas AND Austin!

Jared McCann shared his 20+ years of practice of Original Hot Yoga (aka Bikram Yoga) in a special 2-hour workshop this past weekend at PURE Yoga Dallas.

As an accomplished yoga asana champion, former NYC studio owner and teacher trainer, he learned to find precise alignment in his practice after experiencing a torn hamstring from repetitive misalignment. He advises yoga students to find ease in their practice: "Find the door, open it and walk through it, rather than constantly beating on the wall trying to hammer your way through."

If you missed his masterful workshop, look for Jared in his public classes in Dallas, where he teaches students of ALL levels, and in Austin for a special weekend this summer. Whether you are a new student or long-term practitioner, you will walk away with valuable insight into your Hot Yoga practice.

Can’t get enough of Jared and want to learn more about his journey? We felt the same way! Enjoy his episode on our PURE YogaTalk podcast!

Save the Date: Jared will be joining us in austin this summer for our Pure yoga institute original hot yoga teacher training!
