INFERNO HOT PILATES (IHP)

GETTING FIT FAST is easier with the effectiveness of High-intensity Interval Training (HIIT) combined with Pilates principles. Inferno Hot Pilates is a total body fitness class. HIGH INTENSITY. LOW IMPACT. This 45/60-minute burner of a class will strengthen your core and tone your entire body along with special music playlists with the best trainers. Get high on life!

Inferno Strength 💪Weights 60 min

Inferno Hot Pilates is a tabata style fitness class based on Pilates principles. Get ready to level up your fitness routine with the "Strength" version of Inferno Hot Pilates! This class still uses the results building tabata style of interval training and includes greater resistance with weights and bands.

HOT YOGA hiit

Guaranteed to sweat! High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) gives you massive results in a short period of time. “Sandwich your HIIT” with yoga before and after as you fuse the best of all exercise worlds: Strength, flexibility, balance, cardio conditioning, and mental agility that you take with you all day long.

Circuit Strength 💪Weights 60 min

Circuit Strength Training with Weights is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular endurance in a dynamic circuit format. Participants move through a series of exercise stations as a group that target different muscle groups while incorporating resistance to increase strength. Please wear tennis shoes for this class, no yoga mat required.

Boxing🥊Bootcamp 60 min

A fun, non-contact boxing fitness class open to all levels. We train movement, coordination, and conditioning with a focus on footwork and balance through simple boxing drills. No experience required, gloves & equipment are provided. Come ready to move in a friendly and supportive outdoor group!
