YOGA CLASSES

The “classic” 90-minute, 26 posture set sequence in a 105+ degree room (aka Bikram Yoga) has launched thousands of students on their way to better health and vitality. "Original Hot Yoga" has been researched and studied extensively and found to reduce cardiovascular disease risk, diabetes, depression and anxiety, to help lose weight, recover from injuries (back, neck, shoulder, knee), and boost athletic performance. In fact, you'll see professional athletes practicing side by side with mothers, grandfathers, corporate execs and college students; everyone doing their personal best!

  • “When the breath control is correct, mind control is possible.” Jois

    Gain strength and flexibility while you flow through this sequence of postures with vinyasas developed by Pattabhi Jois from Mysore, India. Ashtanga Yoga is often referred to as the foundation of nearly all “power” and “vinyasa flow” styles of yoga asana practice. Expect hands-on assists to help you deepen your practice. “Led Classes” are 75 or 90 minutes long, where you experience the rhythmic flow of the practice together as a group. “Mysore-style Practices” are open morning sessions where you expand your personal Ashtanga Yoga practice with the guidance of the instructor. Classes are non-heated as you increase internal heat through your ujjayi breath!

  • A Vin to Yin class starts with an energizing vinyasa flow and finishes with relaxing yin postures. The perfect balance of effort and ease to wind-down a busy workday. A full 60-minute Yin Yoga session takes it even slower! Yin yoga is a very passive approach to yoga, where we perform the majority of the poses seated on the floor or lying down. Find deeper access to the body, targeting connective tissues, fascia and ligaments. A great complementary practice to turn your attention inward!

  • Inferno Hot Pilates is a tabata style fitness class based on Pilates principles. Get ready to level up your fitness routine with the "Strength" version of Inferno Hot Pilates! This class still uses the results building tabata style of interval training and includes greater resistance with weights and bands.

  • Circuit Strength Training with Weights is a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular endurance in a dynamic circuit format. Participants move through a series of exercise stations as a group that target different muscle groups while incorporating resistance to increase strength.

    This class is designed to build strength for increased bone density and enhance overall fitness in a fun environment! Suitable for all levels, modifications are provided to help participants challenge themselves safely and effectively.

    Please wear tennis shoes for this class, no yoga mat required.

  • A fun, non-contact boxing fitness class open to all levels. We train movement, coordination, and conditioning with a focus on footwork and balance through simple boxing drills. No experience required, gloves & equipment are provided. Come ready to move in a friendly and supportive outdoor group!

Looking for a bit more guidance? Book a complimentary coaching session with our owners, Mardy and Jeff Chen. They will utilize this session to:

  • Say “hello” and get to know you

  • Understand your goals

  • Understand your challenges (schedule/time, injuries, health conditions, habits, taking care of others, frequent travel)

  • Customize a 2-3 month program (that's what it takes to really see results), with a ramp up starter program during your 3-week intro to get you on the right track.
