North Austin Schedule

Gain clarity, further refine your communication between mind and body, and liberate your authentic voice in this workshop with Water & Ink. Creative writing lowers stress hormones, and releasing held energy in the body through writing will leave you feeling lighter. Studies show that when we are courageous enough to tell our truths on the page and let go of what no longer serves us, the immune system strengthens and obsessive thinking decreases.

In this non-stop stimulating, overly artificial time, what we need is harmony and authenticity. When we go within, we honor what has been waiting for our attention. We also give ourselves the opportunity to foster the seeds of what we wish to grow and blossom in our lives.

During and after the alignment of yoga, the doors of the mind and heart open. Stagnant energy has been released, creating space for us to hear ourselves more clearly. The blank page acts as a mirror for our heart and mind, including what lies in our subconscious. Let your ink flow freely in this zero pressure, trauma-informed space, and find home on the page.

Take your practice to the page in Water & Ink’s healing and writing workshop. We begin with a brief guided meditation, followed by writing prompts to get you into flow and communing with your mind, heart, and body in the light-filled community of PURE Yoga.
