Inspired by Samhain’s themes of release, transition, and new beginnings, Samhain Sweat is an opportunity to use movement as a reset. Before class, choose an intention for the season ahead and create a personal charm bag with herbs, oils, and charms to represent what you want to call in or let go of.
Then, we’ll bring those intentions into class and breath, music, and energy. After class, pull a tarot card for a little reflection, enjoy seasonal sips + bites, and connect with your fellow witches-in-sweat. Samhain (pronounced sow-win) is an ancient Celtic seasonal festival marking the transition from harvest into winter. Traditionally, it was a time for gathering, reflection, honoring what has passed, and preparing for the season ahead.
