This is an excellent opportunity to learn more or refresh your Spanish and practice a full 90 minute Original Hot Yoga class. FIRST set will be delivered in ENGLISH, SECOND set in SPANISH.
We think you may be surprised at how well you can “understand” the energy of the dialogue, even if you don’t speak the language! Experience the familiar in an unfamiliar way to up-level your concentration and meditation.
