Join the BodyTime Team in the courtyard at PURE Yoga + Fitness Downtown studio for a high-intensity, full-body workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular endurance led by Kathy! Bring your yoga mat (or rent one from us), wear tennis shoes for this FREE community class!

After the workout there will be time for questions!
