2-4pm - Backbend Drills 101: Strength, Grace & Spinal Freedom 💫

Unlock the art of heart-opening with this progressive backbend-focused workshop. Through a blend of alignment-based vinyasa, targeted drills, and supportive props, we’ll explore the key elements of deep and safe backbends. You’ll build the strength, mobility, and technique needed to explore poses like standing bow, wheel, full wheel, camel and full camel with more control and confidence. Great for anyone wanting to expand their backbend range while protecting the spine and cultivating graceful movement.

This playful vinyasa workshop encourages exploration and curiosity as we blend classic asana with innovative movement to inspire a fresh perspective on your practice. You’ll be guided through sequencing techniques, breath integration on a dynamic and progressive vinyasa workshop. We’ll flow through both classic and creative asana variations, while incorporating strength training drills to elevate your practice.
