I am originally from San Francisco and bring Bay Area energy to Dallas and to every class. I immediately fell in love with IHP as a low-impact, high-intensity alternative to traditional cardio.
With a background in competitive softball, dance, musical theatre, and yoga, I am passionate about the intersection of movement and how it transforms the way we show up in our daily lives. I believe fitness is a catalyst for resilience and confidence both on and off the mat.
I am committed to learning and evolution, teach with intention and encouragement.
Fun Fact: I believe that transformation doesn’t have to be serious to be effective! In my classes, expect to work hard, sweat a lot, laugh often, and leave feeling stronger—physically and mentally—than when you walked in.
