I teach and am certified in IHP Level 1 & 2. I am kind-of in love with it. Why? It's fun, effective, accessible and of course, a great complement to everything else you do throughout the week. In my classes, all levels are welcome! Look forward to my easy going but straightforward approach, you can really do anything.
